Dakings (Shandong) Chemical 2023 Peroxide Jin shan Factory Expansion Completed

On October 17th, Dakings (Shandong) Chemical celebrated the completion of the installation of the factory and equipment at Jinshan Base, one of its production bases for cumene peroxide (CHP) and cumene peroxide (DCP) chemicals. After nearly two years of investment and construction, the base has achieved initial results, and after being put into operation, its production capacity will double. It is expected to be put into production in 2024 and will meet the needs of domestic and international markets with better prices and quality.

Analysis Report on n-Pentanol Market

I. Overview of n-Pentanol
n-Pentanol is a type of technology-intensive industry, and the research and development, optimization, finalize, and operation of the production process all involve professional knowledge and technology, with relatively high technical thresholds. Currently, only a few companies worldwide have the large-scale production capacity of n-pentanol, such as Qilu Petrochemical and Dow Chemical.

The industry prospects for n-Valeraldehide are promising

In the context of integrated development in the petrochemical industry, enterprises with well-developed upstream and downstream layout in the industrial chain have more development advantages. Enterprises that only produce glutaraldehyde and do not have the production capacity of raw materials and downstream products will face greater development pressure in the future.

Production methods and main applications of propionaldehyde

There are various preparation methods for propionaldehyde, and it was not industrially produced until the early 1950s. In 1975, the United Carbide Company of the United States was built using rhodium-phosphine as a catalyst; After the large-scale installation of t, the low-pressure oxo method has gradually become the main method and development direction of propionaldehyde production. In 1981, among the total production capacity of propionaldehyde in the United States, Japan and Western Europe of 230,000 t, more than 95% were produced by low-pressure oxo synthesis.
